Cancellation Policy
Orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Cancellations outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement. Failure to submit payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the order. Payments can be made securely through our online portal, and an invoice will be sent. For custom and wedding cakes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the delivery date.

Order Modifications
To modify your order, including changes to flavor, pick-up, or delivery time, please email us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
